Tyler Adams explores perceptual dimensions of aural-spatial-visual-temporal relationships through installation, sculpture, video, and other media. Central to his work is a pure fascination with sound as a medium as well as a modality for perceptual understanding in broad contrast to vision. He holds a BFA from California Institute of the Arts, MFA from UCLA, and MS in Architectural Acoustics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
